Grey House Creative strives to ensure your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Items must still have their original bespoke packaging in order to receive a refund.
Please note that special orders and personalised items may not be exchanged nor refunded. Once an order for a personalised item or a special order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. (Special orders are either items that need to be ordered directly from the supplier or items that require customisation)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If a refund has been agreed and you are expecting the funds back in your bank account please note there is a couple of days of processing time before the refund is posted. haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account details again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact email@example.com if your refund has not shown up on your bank account.
Unfortunately only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items are not refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can only send a refund to the gift giver. Please note that special orders and personalisation items may not be exchanged nor refunded.
